Designed and illustrated an informative healthcare awareness brochure for the Estonian NGO for Tobacco and Alcohol Harm Reduction (ETAK). The goal was to translate a highly sensitive, complex medical topic—the risks of alcohol consumption during pregnancy—into an empathetic, accessible, and non-judgmental visual narrative.
Illustration Adaptation & Visual Strategy
Empathetic Visual Language: Sourced stock vector assets and heavily customized them (color palette adjustment, line weight harmonization, and character styling) to establish a gentle, supportive aesthetic tailored to expecting parents.
Information Architecture: Structured complex medical copy into clear, digestible sections, leveraging infographics and thoughtful whitespace to guide the reader effortlessly through critical health recommendations.
